Our monthly menus are designed with fresh ingredients and a seasonal twist. All items are meant to be frozen for up to 60 days. Please make 6, 9 or 12 selections from the list below.  You are limited to a quantity of 2 for any single entrée. If you wish to order more that 2 of a single entree there will be a $3.00 surcharge per entrée.
 
Crispy Oven Baked Chicken (oven)
Tender chicken breast dredged in a combination of herbs, spices, and our secret dredging mix, makes an oven fried chicken minus the grease.
 
Creole Shrimp With Penne Pasta (stovetop)
Shrimp dredged in a mixture of mild Cajun spices, sautéed with penne pasta, finished with a homemade pesto cream sauce.
  Oven Roasted Chicken With Lemon and Fresh Herbs (oven)
Flavorful bone-in chicken thighs rubbed with fresh lemon, garlic, sage, thyme, and rosemary. Roasted to perfection in the oven.
 

Tandoori Style Pork Tenderloin with Tomato-Butter Pan Sauce
Marinated pork that stays juicy and tender in a broiling hot oven or on the barbecue, finished with a pureed tomato butter sauce.

 
Oven Baked Salmon (oven)
Wild Salmon baked with red onion, fresh rosemary, garlic, and lemon. Super simple and super tasty. Just pop it in the oven or onto the grill.

All white chicken breasts stuffed with Big Timber Meats own smoked Chorizo, topped with our house made red enchilada sauce.

 

Prefix All Star Meatloaf
A mixture of Montana raised beef and pork combined with our house blend of fresh herbs and spices. Topped with a sweet sauce made with Henry's catsup.

 

Unbeatable Turkey Lasagna (oven)
The Prefix signature lasagna made with our house made red sauce, egg noodles, Hutterite Turkey, and Crème Fraiche.

 

Dry rubbed flank steak with Chimichurri
All natural flank steak rubbed in a unique blend of spices that perfectly carmelizes on the grill. Finished with our house made Chimichurri that has fresh parsley, cilantro, capers, and a touch of red wine vinegar.

 
Sweet and Sour Turkey Meatballs
A favorite at Prefix, and it's not your standard meatball. Ground turkey with fresh spinach, carrots and ginger with a light sweet and tangy sauce. Best served over sticky white rice.
 

Beef Enchiladas With Silky Red Sauce (oven)
Our version of a classic with seasoned Montana raised ground beef, pinto beans, and 3 cheeses wrapped up in flour tortillas, and capped off with our secret silky red sauce. **can be made vegetarian.

This is a perfect one-dish wonder that will leave your family clamoring for more. Hand cut bone pork chops sauteed with a host of spices and finished with a touch of buttermilk.
